Chief Financial Officer (Expat-only)

Job Summary:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the Group Company, ensuring strategic financial planning, and driving the organization toward profitability and efficiency. This role requires strong leadership in financial management, reporting, accounting, and strategic decision-making, as well as the ability to lead financial teams and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly manage and oversee the Financial Reporting & Accounting Department and the Financial Management Department.

• Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to optimize financial performance.

• Manage business planning, budgeting, and financial control processes.

• Conduct financial analysis and support decision-making processes.

• Oversee the management information system, asset-liability management, and cost center analysis.

• Lead and enhance automation in financial reporting.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, guide, and train financial professionals.

• Ability to support and collaborate with executive leadership on financial strategy.

• Proven experience in business planning, budgeting, and execution.

• Expertise in micro and macroeconomic forecasting and analysis.

• Experience in mid-term strategic planning and corporate profitability improvement.

• Strong understanding of financial performance metrics, revenue, and profit management.

• Budget execution oversight, asset acquisition control, and operational expense monitoring.

• Proficiency in asset and liability management.

• Cash flow management and monitoring.

• Ability to communicate financial data and insights to external stakeholders.

• Financial reporting automation expertise.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CFA certification is highly preferred.

• Prior experience in banking and financial services.

• Expertise in performance evaluation and financial forecasting.
